Over the past 10 years as a top producing real estate agent, Jennifer has fine-tuned her knowledge of the market and the full spectrum needs of her current and potential clients. Lauren joined the Jennifer Young Homes Team with over 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is licensed in Virginia and DC. Prior to partnering with Jennifer, Lauren served as a Senior Sales and Marketing Representative for NVR, Inc./Ryan Homes in Virginia and North Carolina where she was responsible for all sales and marketing efforts in her communities, totaling over $100 million in sales. She was inducted into the Presidents Club based on her performance in sales, customer service, and training ability. She was consistently ranked in the top 3 producing Sales Representatives in her markets. Lauren loves to work with First Time Home Buyers and will work hard to find you your perfect home.

Lee is a Certified Distressed Property Expert© (CDPE) and prides himself on fast, detailed communication with his clients and team members. He is a member of NVAR, MRIS and the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Club. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from Towson University.

Short Sale Manager
Edson is Jennifer’s partner on the short sale side of her business. As the Short Sale Manager/Agent, Edson consults with distressed property owners on the day-to- day business concerning bank negotiations and paperwork. Edson is bilingual and brings to the Jennifer Young Homes Team a wealth of knowledge concerning the crafting of hard ship letters, detailed documentation and effective lender negotiations. No matter where you are in the process of short selling your home, Edson is the one making those calls to the right contacts in the lending departments involved and coordinates with the attorneys working on your behalf for Jennifer Young.

Short Sale Listing Agent
Leslie works with distressed property owners as they work through the contract process during a short sale. As Jennifer’s Contract Coordinator, Leslie works with interested buyers to secure a successful contract to present to the bank(s) involved. Leslie has over ten years of experience as a real estate agent in the Virginia market and she works directly with Jennifer to educate homeowners on the intricacies of loan modifications and short sales. Leslie is a veteran with over 6 years of active duty experience in the Air Force. She has also faced the short sale experience firsthand, listing and selling her upside down home in 2009.
